Adding dependencies required for CI

The following dependencies will not be used right away but we
decided to add them now, as long as they will be used in the near
future however:
  -> mdl (on aarch)
  -> openapi-spec-validator
  -> pytest-json-report
  -> pytest-xdist
  -> setproctitle
