Reorganization of the api/swagger/ yaml files

Renamed firecracker-v0.1.yaml -> firecracker-beta.yaml which should
define and always be in sync with the package's currently supported API.

Renamed all.yaml -> firecracker-v1.0.yaml which defines the target API
support for the v1.0 release.

Removed component-specific API definitions:
- actions
- devices
- limiters
These API calls are already fully defined in firecracker-v1.0.yaml.

Removed deprecated firecracker-mvp.yaml.
