spack compilation of firedrake with exodus support for petsc

Hello all,

I am trying to set up Firedrake on a cluster. I am following the instructions given here: #2421

I managed to follow the instruction and compile the Firedrake using spack.
The default setup works quite well out of the box.
However now, I would like to enable support for exodusii.
Can you please let me know what modification should be carried out to configure PETSc with exodusii support?
