error occur due to weak formulation

R_M = dot(u,grad(u)) + grad(p) -nu*div(grad(u))-f
T_M = pow(dot(u_exact,u_exact)/(h*h)+(nu*nu*60)/(h*h*h*h),-0.5)
 I have to write (∇wh, T_M *R_M ⊗ T_M*R_M) in the weak formulation. Here, T_M and R_M are the stabilization parameters. 
I try to write this term in firedrake as
inner(grad(v),outer(T_M*R_M,T_M*R_M))*dx 

THis code works well in Fenics. So, It means their is some problem in the syntax of this term. Please help in correcting this syntax.
