BUG: ngsPETSc update broke things

The recent changes to ngsPETSc have broken main. The timing is very unfortunate since it coincides with the ngsPETSc migration.

For the moment these tests are being skipped (see f255305#diff-cde22284d714546b80b9ff91bed8100fc3e25f0f45571cd4f71bf7409d48267f), but they require a proper fix ASAP.

Sorry, I had missed this. Is this still true ? Everything seems to be working on my local. Do we have a replicable error ?

See NGSolve/ngsPETSc#100 and NGSolve/ngsPETSc#101. On the ngsPETSc CI the Firedrake tests were being skipped and so the tests would always pass.

Things were also complicated by you testing using the latest Firedrake release instead of main.

I think you should be able to reproduce with a fresh developer install of Firedrake and running tests/firedrake/multigrid/test_netgen_gmg.py::test_netgen_mg_circle.
