Marker tooltip doesn't disappear after some interactions

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a profile https://share.firefox.dev/4pbP2WO
2. Select Marker Chart tab
3. Double-click "ContentfulSpeedIndex Progress" marker (my intent here is to set the range, especially the start of the range)
4. Drag the end of the range, to make the duration of the range to 1s (my intent here is to set the duration same across multiple profiles)
5. Click the maginify icon in the timeline
6. Expand the timeline by dragging the separator (my intent here is to show the screenshots in the same screen as others)

Actual result:

The marker tooltip opened at the step 3 remains in the screen,
which overlaps with the timeline.

Some other interactions also keep the tooltip opened, and it's difficult to close it.

Expected result:

The marker tooltip is closed at some point,
possibly at the step 6, which effectively moves the marker position in the screen and the tooltip is no longer anchored to the marker.
