separate protocol version and firmware version #236
Description
Use the REPORT_VERSION command to report the protocol version and REPORT_FIRMWARE to report the firmware version. I believe this may have been the intention in the beginning, but for a long time the version was the same. Now that there is ConfigurableFirmata in addition to Firmata and there are several StandardFirmata variants it would be useful to make this distinction.
