feat: add logging for gas price and nonce use each txn 

@erhant added support for gas price/nonce handling to avoid underpriced txn error. Can add logging to the [node](https://github.com/firstbatchxyz/dria-oracle-node/tree/master/core/src/node) to see what values are used each time for node monitoring purpose
