Summary
Problem
There is currently if a release is to be made it has to be done manually by updating all numbers related to the version and every single binary package made by hand.
Impact
The current process can be inaccurate as steps can be forgotten or done incorrectly and can take some time away from development.
Solution
The application Release Please needs to be added to the stack.
