Cleanup Tooling

Problem

There are some dev dependencies/scripts/etc left over from the boilerplate that I used to setup the library that we aren't using (ie semantic-release, husky, commitizen)

Solution

Cleanup package & tooling to be similar to our typescript-boilerplate
