Newer version of epoll

Need to use this package with nodejs v20, but currently due to the epoll older version, this only supports maximum v16, and won't run on v20. 
The epoll version upgrade from 4.0.1 -> 4.0.2 will solve the problem. 

I'll create a pr for this.
