Support Lightning CSS

It would be great if AST Explorer supported Lightning CSS for transforming CSS. It uses the cssparser and selectors crates from Mozilla (used in Firefox). I’m not sure what all is needed to get one started with adding support, but I’m happy to track down what’s needed.
