Steps to fix this behavior:

• Start Flameshot.
• Right click on it's tray icon, and select Configuration.
• With the config window open, right click again on the tray icon, and select open launcher.
• The system will inform that Flameshot is requesting for permission to perform a screen capture.
• Allow it, and that's it. It'll start working as expected.
