How to fix when MacOS asks to grant "Screen & System Audio Recording" over and over on each Flameshot launch

1. quit Flameshot
2. open terminal (Termial.app or iTerm.app or whichever convenient)
3. run in terminal tccutil reset ScreenCapture org.flameshot.Flameshot to reset permission
4. re-run Flameshot
5. permit "Screen & System Audio Recording" as usual
