Contributing Code

The purpose of these CLAs is to ensure that the Flang project has the necessary grants of rights over all contributions to allow distribution of under the Apache 2.0 license.

The Flang project requires that all contributors of code or documentation to Flang complete, sign, and submit via email an Individual Contributor License Agreement (ICLA).

For a corporation that has assigned employees to work on a Flang project, a Corporate CLA (CCLA) is available for contributing intellectual property via the corporation, that may have been assigned as part of an employee agreement.

The Flang Individual Contributor License Agreement and of the Flang Corporate Contributor License Agreement are available.
