We want to support dynamically changed "external" modules. Addon-operator should reload such module if it is updated during runtime.

Describe the solution you'd like to see

• New task ModuleReload

• New handler

• Refactor Module struct to hold hooks, add Stop method to reload bindings and helm resources monitor.
