Automatically store passwords

- Added ``#define ENCODER_SENSITIVITY``  Default is now 85 for the encoder acceleration instead of the previously fixed 100, but can be overridden
- Added feature to automatically store all entered passwords in non-volatile memory.store all entered passwords in non-volatile memory.
