Element Desktop should include the following settings by default to prevent any further endless spinners

Hi there,

Since we installed Element Desktop and we found out that when we had to log in our client (flathub version), the app had to load in an endless spinner until we found out a solution to tackle this problem. This includes going to Flatseal, adding "org.freedesktop.login1" in the "Talks" session, and enable D-Bus socket bus and D-Bus system bus. But would it be better if the devs can turn on these settings by default so we don't have to manually turn these settings on to solve this issue?

You basically dropped the entire D-Bus isolation that flatpak provides. Sure, that probably solves a problem and things work, but that's not how we do things around here.

We'll need a very good explanation on why these permissions are needed.

I'm not sure adding anything org.freedesktop.login1 would even change anything if you have those sockets enabled anyway.
Note: org.freedesktop.login1 is usually granted for the SYSTEM bus, not user like you did

I personally don't need to do this for Element to work, I actually revoke a lot globally and it works fine, well except for #528 now but I think that'd be triggered even if I didn't because it uses that method anyway to me lol
