Missing dependencies: Lutris needs unrar or unar to extract GOG games files

Innoextract needs unrar or unar to extract GOG games files for games like Civilization IV complete edition and others.
Without unrar or unar, Lutris Flatpak can not extract this type of GOG setup file.
