Create vm failed on user session

I already install virt-manager and qemu extension but create vm is not possible.

Are you trying to do nested virtualzation? I think it wont work because kvm isnt loaded inside of the virtual machine anyways

Yes seem like nested container is abit complicate and may not work for some reason.
I'm not sure but I can get it to work with gnome boxes and I though it should work fine the same as gnome boxes with user session of libvirt

sudo apt install virt-manager -y

virt-manager flatpak is able to create vm under system session but still not able create vm under user session

virt-manager from deb package is able to create vm under all both system and user session without any problem

According to this i think qemu/kvm module is working fine on debian container inside ChromeOS only virt-manager flatpak can't detect qemu/kvm on user session
