Can't use disk images through the document portal

I tried to select a local iso image through the portal, and could not find a different way to select one.

I then got the following error and could not proceed:

Is another process using the image [/run/user/1000/doc/8c51894a/iso/Fedora-Workstation-Live-x86_64-40-1.14.iso]?

I believe you need to open up permissions for the folder the image is on with Flatseal, bypassing the document portal. The portal caches documents in RAM, if you put an entire image its not going to be able to add the entire image
