New release shortly

Hello,
We're at feature-complete for what I was hoping to have in the next release, and so far testing is looking good; I expect to release sometime within the next few work days. This release will also ideally get Windows users back on board with easy conda packaging, after a gap of almost a year.

If you're comfortable building caiman from sources and would like to help test, please do so - do an install, run the notebooks, and look for any errors or regressions. Let me know if you see any issues.

The next release will bump the version to 1.13.0, because of the packaging changes.
