demo_pipeline cannot detect my neurons

Hello,

I am running the demo_pipeline notebook on 2 photon calcium imaging of zebra finch neurons. Because of the low GCaMP expression and smaller neurons, my SNR is pretty low, but there are 2 clear neurons in my FOV that caiman cannot detect. Could I get some guidance on how to proceed? The actual neurons are larger than what the algorithm detects.
