Motor force distribution

Driving as function of time? Could just use radial frequency and phase and assume sinusoid if that's the case.

I.e. provide "f_0" as list of n_nodes forces (or baobzi function for dynamic instability compatibility?)

Need to work out proper motor force model first, of course.
