Translation Glossary per language? #525

Description

It is really useful to have a glossary of commonly used words and how they are, or are not, translated.

Especially in German, many translations are quite horrible, and everyone deals with them differently.

Having a set of guidelines on what to translate how would be great.

Where could this be placed, to not confuse the sphinx-intl tool?

In german this also applies to the "form of address", i.e. "Sie" vs. "Du", one being formal and quite old, becoming more uncommon in modern contexts, the other being more unformal, but getting adopted more in young contexts, startups etc.

I have no idea what the standard is here

And in german this also applies to how to concatenate words. Correct would be to just add them to one another, but this is pretty high-barrier.

Example: Laufzeitumgebungs-Erweiterung vs. Laufzeitumgebungserweiterung.

The latter would be correct, but even worse to read.
