Support for typescript

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Would be great if the types generated via `tsd-jsdoc` were published as a part of the npm package.

**Additional context**
The type for the root `headbreaker` module also seems to be empty - assuming this is because of some jsdoc comment that tsd-jsdoc can't convert properly. I've not used jsdoc before so not exactly sure if this is the case.
