Arrow Panning Speed Property #2027

What do you want implemented?
I would like a way to adjust panning speed when depressing an arrow key with this enabled:
keyboardOptions: KeyboardOptions(enableArrowKeysPanning: true),
The current defaults I would consider to be slow to medium, but would like users to be be able to choose anywhere from very slow to very fast.
What other alternatives are available?
