Saving empty files in Android

Question

The html code is collected in the "body" variable, which must be saved as a file table.html locally on a smartphone. The code used and the permission in the file are listed below.
The application works without errors, a dialog box opens with the choice of where to save the file. After clicking "Ok", an empty file is saved table.html . Miui Global 12.5.7 system, Android RKQ1.200826.002.
Everything works fine in the emulator and the file is saved with the contents.
