Hot Reload in app exe

Good afternoon. I'm currently experiencing a problem with my application. I generate an exe file using auto-py-to-exe. The application works fine, but occasionally the application refreshes itself when running the exe file. I don't understand why, and it damages the processes I have running. I have no way to reproduce the error since I haven't been able to observe the conditions under which it occurs, and I don't see anything in my code that affects or refreshes the application. Is there a way to disable this? Thank you.
