Scroll horizontal with gesture no click scrollbar

i want to make horizontal scroll but the cursor should always click on the scrollbar . and I want it to look like it's mobile, just swipe right and left, is there a solution?

and I want to request some widgets for this flet

1. add widget for shadowColor on Card . and the back color can be custom. doesn't have to be black. eg purple, blue, etc.
2. is there a slideshow widget for pictures . and automatic sliding every 3 seconds
3. i want widget for bottom on appbar . like flutter in the appbar section bottom properties are inserted so that it is filled with other widgets
4. and can you add the border_radius property to the appbar so that it can be curved at the bottom
5. and for the Card, can you add the border_radius properties to make it look obtuse
6. and Center widgets like flutter
