address already in use every RELOAD APP

I got an error when I want to save and reload the application. even though yesterday was normal. is there anything that needs to be fixed

I uninstalled the latest version of flet and tried the old version which is 0.3.2 . and it works well i think the latest version has problem there

It's a bug. I'm going to investigate and fix that: #997
