Make SpatialDataArray doping a doping box type #2762
Description
Currently SpatialDataArray doping cannot be added to other type of doping since it isn't a doping box. The idea here would be to create a new doping box type that wraps the SpatialDataArray so that it can interact with the rest of doping definitions.
Custom doping distributions didn't make it to the docs. Let's add it. Also check that everything else doping related is in the docs.
