Add e2e tests for flexkube CLI #321
Description
The library is already e2e tested, but CLI code does not even have any unit tests, so it would be good to at least have a script following https://flexkube.github.io/documentation/guides/kubernetes/creating-single-node-cluster-on-local-machine-using-flexkube-cli/ to create and shut down the cluster.
