Download file is get undefined

I try download file .pcap from marauder and get file size 9B only in dev build (https://lab.flipp.dev/archive).

timeout is so small in for big file

#73 I create pull request for fix that problem. Time out has been set is so small after updated to 0.4 version. And I don't understand why removed logic for show blockingOperationDialog when you downloading file, i fixed it too.
