FlexASIO GUI is not creating FlexAsio.toml File #49

I couldn't figure out for the life of me why I couldn't seem to open GUI. After checking my user folder I did not see the toml file. I tried creating one but it still didn't open. When I deleted the one I made a new one didn't seem to be created in it's place. I'm not sure what's the issue. When I created the toml file the latency halved. So I'm sure it worked. What could I be doing wrong? I tried experimenting with different words in the toml file, changed it's location, but nothing seems to work. My only guess is as follows. When I got the laptop the User had the name "DM_User". This is because it came from a repair shop that has the initials "DM". I later changed the name of the profile but the folder is still labeled "DM User". I cannot change it. I tried creating a new folder with my current profile name in the "User" folder, then pasting the toml file there, but I had no luck. Please help me.
