Display issues on iPhone or iPad with energy-period-selector-plus card

I’m experiencing the following issue with the energy-period-selector-plus card on iOS (iPhone or iPad):

As soon as I newly add the card to my dashboard, the display appears correctly, and I can choose between Month, Day, Week, Year, or Custom — everything works perfectly (see Image 1).

However, once I reload Home Assistant, the display gets reduced to just “Day,” and I no longer have any selection options (see Image 2).

I have the energy-period-selector-plus card and the energy-flow-card-plus in a vertical stack.
When I go into dashboard edit mode and click the + icon on the vertical stack, the display immediately appears correctly again.
If I save at this point, it stays correct — until the next reload or cache refresh, at which point the view reverts back to “Day” only.

It seems that the author no longer has time and has not merged any pull requests made to this repository for a long while. So I forked it and made the necessary changes.
You can follow this documentation: https://www.hacs.xyz/docs/faq/custom_repositories/ and use the URL of my repository to add it as a dashboard repository. Then when you search it on HACS you'll find both the original and the modified one. Download the modified one.
