Windows Eventlog log timestamp conversion issue

Am trying to convert this timestamp format from "TimeCreated":"2022-04-21 08:41:07 +0530" to TimeCreated":"2022-04-21T08:41:07Z"

Operating System Version : Windows 10 OS

I tried creating a parser, even tried lua script as well, but it didn't work. Please guide me how to change the timestamp format in fluentbit.
