Cannot read property 'end' of undefined

I'm getting this error when calling logger.end() on both the examples of setup with winston.
Does this mean theres a problem connecting to fluentd (in the .sender object it is null for me)?

Same problem here. Currently using Winston 3.8.2 and fluent-logger 3.4.1.
