global imagePullSecret in helm chart

Most helm charts have imagePullSecret in this fashion:

global:
  imagePullSecrets: []

I think we may want to introduce global image pull secret support for all images that the operator supports.

Describe the solution you'd like

Right now the operator, fluentbit and fluentd has different imagePullSecret value in the chart.

So, if these components have defined their imagePullSecret, use that. Otherwise use the global.imagePullSecret.
