File system buffer with FluentBit

Currently it's not possible to be able to use filesystem buffer in FluentBit using the operator. We should most certainly add support for this since FluentBit docs suggest using filesystem buffers for storage.

Describe the solution you'd like

ClusterFluentBitConfig CR's Service section to have the necessary fields. It should be possible to configure this via helm chart.

Additional context

It's a small enhancement so I can provide a PR whenever I have time.
