Fluentd windows service not listening on 514/udp

I installed v4.3.0 of Fluentd on Windows 2019. I've got it working fine when running the td-agent.bat file. If I stop this and start the Windows service, it starts but doesn't listen on 514/udp as configured.
It doesn't even write anything to the log file c:\opt\td-agent\td-agent-0.log.

Any ideas anyone?

I found out myself, it turned out to be Sophos that was blocking it. I've still to work out the exceptions though.
