Support yaml config for fluent-bit chart

Hello folks,

I was trying to use content_modifier for modifying some of the fields, However, it's not supported in classic format. config needs to be in yaml format to support this. Looks like current chart doesn't support this. older helm chart used to support this.

Is there any workarounds? or plans to support the same in future releases.

Kinda late to the party but I started working on the feature since content_modifier interests me too :)

It is still a draft, wrote down some stuff that I still need to work on -> #558

I think the priority of this should be raised, considering that the classic configuration style will be deprecated at the end of 2025, according to the docs: https://docs.fluentbit.io/manual/administration/configuring-fluent-bit

Currently, Fluent Bit supports two configuration formats:

Yaml: standard configuration format as of v3.2.

Classic mode: to be deprecated at the end of 2025.

The docs have been updated. They now specify that the classic configuration mode will be deprecated at the end of 2026.
