failing in v1.4? #204

tried messing with xml file in about folder to let rimworld thinks it's compatible with version 1.4 also but each time rimworld v1.4 gives v1.3 as colonymanager's compatible version..
screenshot below. so the tab shows up but nothing happens when i clicked 'new job'
