Add [hall_filament_width_sensor] status & toggle to dashboard #1781

I am requesting a read-out from the [hall_filament_width_sensor] status to the Fans & Outputs dashboard (similar to Mainsail, see screenshot below).
Describe the solution you'd like
If we follow the Mainsail example, the dashboard will display the current read-out from the sensor and also allow for the user to enable/disable the sensor.
