Describe the bug
Adding flutter_stripe to a Flutter app results in a rejection from Google Play under the "Families Policy Requirements: Families APIs and SDKs", even when the app does not show ads or use Stripe for child users.
The Play Console message states that the app includes “SDKs that are not approved for use in child-directed services.” After removing all other potential SDKs (including ad-related ones), only flutter_stripe remains, suggesting it may be the cause.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior
If Stripe is not compliant with Google's Families Policy, I expected some documentation or warning about this limitation. Alternatively, if it is compliant, the app should not be flagged solely due to the inclusion of flutter_stripe.
Smartphone / tablet
Additional context
This is not a runtime bug, it’s a policy compliance issue during Play Store review. There is currently no information in the official docs about the SDK’s compatibility with apps targeting children.
