The flutter are using Monorepo to manager flutter code.
They will move flutter/engine, flutter/flutter, flutter/buildroot to flutter/flutter.

I created forked flutter repository in flutter-tizen organization.
https://github.com/flutter-tizen/flutter

We plan to build the engine from a forked flutter repository and distribute libflutter_engine.so and snapshots.
