[Feature request] Provide OpacityImage for blending

### Description

We want to use MixImage to blend 2 image.
But we also need a opacity option to control intensity when blend 2 image.
Is it possible provide opacity option that we can control intensity

### Why

Provide more option to adjust blending result.
