Is there one function to get the AP connect state?

I can't find a function to get the connect state for AP. 
I use the function of connect and forceWifiUsage, but I don't know how to get the state when hotspot closed. I need to reconnect AP, so I need to get the AP hotspot connection state once disconnected.
