Recent testing on a container running fluxorama on RHEL8 (using docker-run-systest.sh --rebuild) gets me

[chu11@fluxorama src]$ flux job attach ƒr6ZSavvK; echo $?
flux-job: task(s) exited with exit code 1
0.030s: flux-imp[0]: stderr: flux-imp: Fatal: Failed to get current cgroup info
flux-job: No job output found

I haven't investigated anything at this point.

Side note, unclear to me if this is a https://github.com/flux-framework/flux-security issue or a flux-core issue with docker-run-systest.sh or Dockerfile. Once investigated, issue could be moved.
