Can't use `CancelHealthCheckOnNewRevision` feature gate

Trying to start the controller with --feature-gates=CancelHealthChecksOnNewRevision=true results in an error:

kustomize-controller version: v1.7.3

I copy-pasted it from changelog, where it's written as plural:

@artem-nefedov Fixed in the main and 1.7 release series branches, but the link you posted will remain wrong because it references a Git tag 🤷
